Having studied Psychology and NLP, Paul has a deeper understanding of why buyers and sellers do what they do, and he enlightens property investors to help them succeed.
Whether you are an investor, developer or trader like Paul, you will never buy a house the same way again after hearing him speak.
During his presentation, Paul will explain:
- Why this strategy is so relevant today and how you can get involved
- How trading property compliments a long term investment strategy
- How Trading can help you recycle seed capital
- The 3-2-1 investment Method
ALSO... One Property that Replaced the Average Salary - Sarah Millns
Sarah has lived and worked in and around Wakefield in West Yorkshire all of her life, and became mortgage free by 33 through property. With an interest in home interiors from an early age, which turned into a passion for property, she has transformed, renovated and built her own homes, which has led her to do it for others.
After ditching the marketing ‘day job’ with large global companies in 2019, Sarah established her property business and a marketing consultancy. She is currently a self managing landlord in single let and HMO, and along with experience in new build and BRR, she has completed a commercial to residential conversion, the result of which is a nine bed HMO with an income that replaces the average UK salary.
During Sarah's presentation, she will take you through:
- It can be the small actions that have the biggest impact, don’t get overwhelmed by having to make ‘radical’ changes
- Do your homework and stress test the numbers from the outset
- Draw on your existing skill set, no background in property is no excuse
- Make connections, absorb learning from multiple sources and take time to just listen to others
