Sourcing Investment Grade Assets Consistently - Matthew Sherriff
Sales, negotiation and pipeline generation does not come naturally to everybody. Procuring investment grade property consistently, whether property or any other asset, will be assisted by quality systems, processes and tracking your numbers.
During Matthew's presentation he will share tips and insights they have used to help them work on close to 100 property deals from BTL’s, HMO’s, supported living accommodation and small commercial conversions. The most important cog of the machine is souring quality stock, as that’s where it all begins.
