December 2024 National Virtual pin Meeting

Local pin Meetings are not held in December as we normally take our Christmas break and return in January. However, we are excited to announce that we do have our December National pin Meeting on Wednesday 4^th December from 6pm to 9pm GMT.

Suzi Carter, Property Investor, Commercial Property Trainer and Chartered Surveyor

Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 30 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property sectors.  She has worked for some of the UK’s largest property and development companies and agents including CBRE, and B&Q. Suzi’s last role in the corporate world was as Director at Land Sec PLC, the UK’s largest property company and REIT, where she was responsible for a shopping center portfolio of over £2.7bn. Suzi left the corporate world in 2015 in order to set up her property investment company - Strongoak Investments Limited - and is now investing in both residential and commercial property.

Paul has been invited to give expert advice on many local and national radio stations including Radio 2, Five Live, BBC Radio London and BBC Radio 4.
