My wife Karen and I have been investing in property for eight years and have developed a substantial personal portfolio of properties. We originally arranged our own monthly property meetings in Worcestershire, and then were invited by Simon Zutshi to join his national network of pin meetings.

I now work full-time in property, and we specialise in helping First Time Buyers to get onto the housing ladder, with no mortgage. We were told that the average age of a first time buyer is 39 and so we decided to proactively help younger people to invest in their own home, earlier.

We can also generate a very handsome income for any cash-rich person that wants to have fun investing in property, and we support people to choose the right place to add to their own portfolio.

We believe that regularly meeting up with like-minded people at property networking events is one of the keys to our success.
