We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

Originally operating and running a building company, they have now built a £4m + property portfolio whilst acquiring their first company purchase which was a lettings business.
A corporate background in professional football led him to understand that what he had gone to university and worked so hard for was just not the dream he wanted to follow. Providing a better life for his family whilst creating a lifestyle business led to a huge change in his life.
During Tom's presentation he will cover:
- How to get into property with very little or none of your own money
- How to build a successful power team and engage builders?
- How to scale through organic growth of our businesses
- Is getting your hands dirty the right thing?
