With 17+ years of experience in the HMO sector - 11 as a local authority HMO Licensing & Enforcement Officer and HMO Licensing Team Leader - Alice is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to property compliance, in particular HMOs.
Alice is an Environmental Health Practitioner and fully HHSRS trained, a qualified fire risk assessor, has her own portfolio of HMOs/BTLs and, as well as this she owns a consultancy firm, Property Shield, providing specialist compliance advice, and landlord defence.
Alice also spent the last 3 years building up a specialist HMO Management Company to almost 300 units, however, has now taken a step back to dedicate her time to property compliance.
