We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

Sheffield November 2024 Meeting
Starting from £0 - Kristina Castellina
After taking property training in 2013, she purchased her first investment properties in 2014. A licenced 6 bed HMO and a converted house of 5 flats. From there she went on to buy 4 more HMO's and started doing flips alongside. My first 6 deals were with a JV partner. 
Kristina didn't enjoy the HMO strategy, so she sold them to my JV partner and decided to go back to basics and start again. Kristina wanted to focus on more passive strategies, so she turned her attention to BTL's and working with angel investors. She followed the BRR model, buying cheap run-down houses, and got into momentum keeping it simple.
From starting again she went on to purchase 18 BTL's, 2 shops and 11 SA as well as deal sourcing and doing flips alongside.
She has experience in Social Housing, Mixed use commercial, BTL, HMO, SA, Flips, Deal Sourcing, and Creative Finance.
