Designing Discrimination Out - Ruth Hunter
Ruth Hunter is a developer who created a portfolio of over £1.1million in the space of 6 months when she faced adversity due to covid and in doing so has discovered a way to invest into property that benefitted others as well as herself and her family.
Ruth has now found a passion for accessible and universal housing and will be showing us why it’s critical that we should all be taking steps to help design discrimination out of our buildings.
During Ruth's presentation, you will learn:
- The actual size of this ‘niche’ market
- The different opportunities in all sectors of property
- What to consider when developing your properties to make then universal
By the end of the talk you will understand how we can all make a different to impact the life of others as well as our own lives as we get older.
