Global July 2025 Meeting 

This has been designed especially for International Investors who reside overseas and are looking to actively invest in the UK Property Market.
Networking and Education is key to becoming a successful property investor and gaining those important connections that you need to move forward in your property investing journey.

The Global pin Meeting is a online networking event that will help you take the steps to invest in the UK. We meet on Zoom 1^st Wednesday of each month (excluding August and December).

Your host for the Global pin Meeting will be Andy Haynes, who is Simon Zutshi's Lead Trainer and a very experienced Property Investor.

You will hear inspirational case studies from overseas investors about how they successfully invested in the UK and you will also learn from industry leading UK Property Experts.

A "Monopoly" deal - without the bank! - Dan Norman

The "Monopoly deal”, like the game, involves the acquisition of a Multi-Unit Freehold Block. It was run down and a poorly performing investment, with massive potential, which was very nearly missed out on TWICE, but actually had a superb bonus, to be revealed during Dan's presentation. All achieved, without the Bank!

Dan has 26 years experience as a Landlord, Investor and Business owner in both property and licensed trade. He's owned and completed 86 refurbishment projects between £100k and £1.6M in GDV, spanning BTL & residential , HMO, Multi Unit Freehold and commercial refurbishment, along with utilisation of cash, bridged, PLO and EDC purchase strategies.

Having extracted from the late night licensed trade in 2021, he is now Director and owner of   

•    Rover Homes Ltd, providing Family and pet friendly homes in SW Birmingham and 
•    New Leaf Living Ltd - having provided over 300,000 bed nights of supported accommodation since 2013.

Dan is an active member of Simon Zutshi's Property MasterMind Community from MasterMind13 (2013) and 5 years previously as Birmingham Central pin host and was the Winner of West Midlands "Property Investor of the Year" 2023.
