Pauline Ross

Hi, my name is Pauline Ross and I am pleased to be your host at the Lincoln pin Meeting, held on the 4th Thursday of the month.

My background is in social care, the NHS, and the civil service, where I spent years working directly with people and organisations facing real housing pressure. That experience is what led me into property - not as a side interest, but because I could see, first-hand, just how many people and families were struggling to find safe, stable, suitable homes.

I came across pin almost by chance, and my first meeting was in Nottingham in January 2025. It was a bit of a lightbulb moment; hearing other investors talk so openly about strategy, deals, and lessons learned made me realise this was exactly the kind of community I needed. That meeting pushed me to take the leap and book onto the 3 day Mastermind Accelerator course in March 2025, which in turn led me onto Simon Zutshi’s 12 month Property Mastermind 37 Programme. In November 2025, I became a pin helper, and being part of the MM37 programme alongside that has shaped how I think about property and gave me the grounding to build my business with real intent.

That understanding now shapes my property business here in Nottingham, where I work at the intersection of investors seeking secure returns and organisations supporting people who need good-quality housing. I am still building this out and learning as I go, which is exactly why I value what pin offers.
