My name is Jim Hobson, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet and assist you on your property investment journey as the host of the Swindon pin Meeting, held on the 4th Wednesday of the month.

My journey in property began just a couple of years ago through a small number of residential Buy-to-Let properties. In 2023, after attending an event called Strategy Implementation Live, I decided to gain a deeper understanding of property investment and undertook the 3-day Mastermind Accelerator Programme. Following that I enrolled onto 12-month Property Mastermind Programme.

I have been able to apply the knowledge learnt and use my new skills to accelerate my portfolio and am currently creating high-end HMOs in my investment area. During my time I’ve made mistakes and will share these with you at the meeting when we meet. By sharing these insights I’d love to help you learn with pin.
