Has UK Property Changed Forever? Is It No Longer Profitable To Be a Landlord in 2025? Is this the Warning Property Investors Need Now? 

Property Expert, Simon Zutshi, highlights how Property Investing isn’t as profitable as it used to be, which is why we are experiencing so many Landlords Selling Up across the UK. 

Find out in detail why factors such as the Rental Crisis, Section 24, an increasing Base Rate over the years have played a part when it comes to being a Landlord. Simon covers why simply ‘Raising the Rates’ is not a direct solution, especially as this will upset tenants and be the cause of Void Periods with your properties. 

Simon encourages you to consider repurposing your properties from a Single Let to a Serviced Accommodation or a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO Property) to increase the amount of income they make. 

Is Property Investing Still Worth It? Simon summarises that if you purchase a property in a company name, you will be in a much better tax position.
