At this month's pin Meeting we’re doing something a little different — a **LIVE Property Deal Clinic**.

We’re inviting attendees to **submit real property deals ahead of the meeting** for our expert panel to review. On the night, we’ll take selected deals apart, crunch the numbers and explore the opportunities, challenges and potential strategies **LIVE in the room**.

Our panel will bring together expertise from a **Project Manager, Valuer, Mortgage Broker and Estate Agent**, giving you the chance to see a deal assessed from several different perspectives.

Whether it’s a **flip, BRRRR, HMO, serviced accommodation, commercial-to-residential conversion**, or simply a property opportunity you’re trying to make sense of, we want to see it.

We know investors can be reluctant to share opportunities they’re actively pursuing, so **all submitted deals will be anonymised**. We won’t reveal identifying information such as the exact address, location or property frontage.
