10X More 10X Less
Six-Figure Property Profits - Faster, Smarter, and With Less Effort - Ritchie Clapson
Most property investors are told to do more deals, hold more property, and wait longer for results. The reality? That approach is slow, capital-intensive, and increasingly inefficient.
In this keynote, Ritchie Clapson, Founder of propertyCEO, reveals a smarter, high-leverage approach to property investing that delivers six-figure profits in a fraction of the time, while doing fewer, more strategic deals.
You’ll discover how to structure development-led opportunities for 10X more profit with 10X less effort, and how to build a guaranteed exit strategy into every deal - removing reliance on hope, market timing, or speculative resale.
Designed for both new investors and experienced landlords, this session will challenge conventional thinking and show you how to achieve greater certainty, control, and profitability in today’s property market.
ALSO... Easton Harris, Co-Founder, Tribe Property Compliance
On 31st May, every landlord either complies, or risks a civil penalty of up to £7,000.
That's just the start, and most still don't even know it.
The first phase of the Renters' Rights Act went live on the 1st May and that deadline is one of many. Easton has spent the last several months deep in what this means for landlords on the ground, and he's bringing the practical answer to the next meeting.
Many of you already know him from the room. He's an active local investor alongside his wife Sasha, and the two of them have launched Tribe Property Compliance, a Gloucestershire firm built specifically to take the compliance burden off landlords' shoulders.
Compliance is its own category of work, separate from letting agent management and from the reminder software most landlords are leaning on. For most portfolios it gets left, forgotten, and dealt with reactively when something breaks.
That is precisely the behaviour the new legislation is designed to catch, and the fines are sized to match.
Tribe actively coordinates qualified trades, monitors legislation, and gives landlords one place to go for every certificate, deadline and obligation across their portfolio.
What you will learn on the evening:
- What the Renters' Rights Act actually requires of landlords now that phase one is live.
- The new compliance obligation most landlords haven't actioned yet, the 31st May deadline they're walking past, and the £7,000 cost when they do.
- The compliance gaps that quietly turn into uninsurable exposure, voided possession claims, and rent repayment orders.
- How professional landlords are structuring compliance oversight so it stops being a Sunday night job.
Bring questions. Easton's happy to dig into specifics.
