Hello everyone, my name is Ruth Hunter and I am very pleased to be your host at the Gloucestershire pin meeting, which takes place on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

I am owner of Veredus Property Ltd along with my husband Paul and we have been investing in property since 2021 where we created a portfolio of over £1.6m in the space of two years having completed the Virtual 12-month Property Mastermind Programme in 2022.

I’m also an entrepreneur and as well as property developing, I also run a successful, National award-winning wedding and event design company, so I am proof you can invest in property alongside the ‘day job’!

We invest in HMO’s for young professionals as well as Supported Living and Accessible Housing providing much needed housing for vulnerable people.
