Designing Discrimination Out - Ruth Hunter

Ruth Hunter is a developer who created a portfolio of over £1.1million in the space of 6 months when she faced adversity due to covid and in doing so has discovered a way to invest into property that benefited others as well as herself and her family.

During Ruth's presentation, you will learn:

  • The different opportunities in all sectors of property
  • What to consider when developing your properties to make then universal

By the end of the talk you will understand how we can all make a different to impact the life of others as well as our own lives as we get older.

ALSO...How to earn money from buildings you don’t own - Max Wright

Max is going to talk you through his journey from setting up his own Commercial Finance Brokerage to raising £15 million in private equity for a Multi-million pound project he led. Max has always been passionate about giving back. During Max’s presentation you will learn:

  • The importance of networking
