Kevin and Sally Cope

Hi, we are Kevin and Sally Cope and it is our great pleasure to be hosting the Property Investors Network in Plymouth, on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

We are passionate about property, and have our own HMO portfolio. We love connecting people to help them build their property portfolios. Sally has 10 years of experience working in Estate Agency, managing her own Branch in Hampshire. After the Corporate world decided they no longer wanted his services, Kevin decided he didn't want the corporate world either. We decided to invest in our personal development and joined Simon Zutshi's Property Quickstart course, we saw the opportunities available to us and embarked on his Mastermind Programme. This focused our investment activities and we now source, invest and manage properties for other investors. We also offer coaching and mentoring to support you on your property journey. We are also constantly looking for investors to JV with. Our business has also allowed Sally to leave her full time job and focus on our business.

The aim of Plymouth pin is to provide a friendly environment to meet and network with like-minded people. The meetings are friendly, educational and provide the opportunity for both new and experienced property investors to help and support each other. We believe that regularly meeting up with like-minded people at property networking events is one of the keys to our success, and will be yours too. It's about getting to know people by meeting them on a regular basis, and interacting with them. This allows business relationships to develop which leads onto valuable advice and support, as well as successful partnerships and joint ventures.

Every month you can meet experienced property experts including solicitors, estate agents, lettings agents, mortgage brokers and building tradesmen, all of whom can help you achieve your property goals. Each month two speakers, who are successful in their fields, explain how they have achieved success in property - and how they can help you.
