5 Ways to Find Good Property Deals in the UK

In this property education video, Simon Zutshi, author of Property Magic, founder of the property investors network (pin), and successful property investor since 1995 shares 5 Ways to Find Good Property Deals in the UK.

Before Simon breaks down How to Find Good Property Deals, he highlights how each of these UK Property Investing methods don’t cost you anything, and are great to put to use during the current Housing Market 2023.

Simon begins to talk through his first way to Find the Best Property Deals, working with Estate Agents. He stresses how he wouldn’t normally recommend this, however given that the Property Market is coming down, buyers are now more flexible to negotiation.

He encourages you to physically go and visit the Estate Agent Office in order to form relationships, whilst also underlining his Critical Script and Magic Words for Negotiating Property. It is key that you refrain from mentioning your experience with Property Training, wanting to work with Motivated Sellers or Below Market Property.

Simon’s 5 Methods to Finding Property Investment Deals also include going to Property Auctions, utilising Spareroom.co.uk, Property Networking through pin Meetings and speaking to Letting Agents.
