How to 10x Your Rental Profit in 12 Months

Craig Shields & Suzanne Elsey from Kent, explain How to Become a Successful Property Investors with Property Education from Simon Zutshi’s 12 Month Property Mastermind. During this time they were able to 10X the rental profit from their property development business. 

Before beginning their Property Training, business partners Suzanne and Craig got involved with Property Networking at the Kent property investors network meeting. They highlight how one of their biggest challenges was knowing How to Raise Finance for Property Investment in the UK, alongside being creative with their property development.

They soon began to experience Property Success, an example of this is their Commercial to Residential Conversion in Kent, with a Motivated Seller. This property development now generates an impressive £4881.25 profit every month.

They also talk in detail about how they utilized a Serviced Accommodation Strategy in Cornwall, which has managed to achieve a £2,177 profit per month and a 34.8% Return On Investment (ROI).

Craig and Suzanne plan to make more use of Vendor Joint Ventures, Rent to Rent and HMO Property Investing in their future Property Development projects
